S2K Connection Issue
Resolved - S2K contacted us to notify us that the issue should be fixed now. We have verified with a few users and everything appears to be back to normal. If you are still having issues connecting, please reach out to help desk.

Investigating - S2K is experiencing an issue right now on their end. When creating a new session in S2K, you may see an error stating "Could not connect to server localhost on port 1291". Some users are having success accessing S2K through the old URL in their browser, but others are not.

NEW URL: https://s2ki-js.vaicloud.net

If you are unable to log in, you can try using the old URL, but it may not work. S2K has been contacted and an urgent ticket has been raised with them regarding this issue and they have already responded that they have an engineer looking at the problem.
